You retain full responsibility for how recommendations are applied.
We do not guarantee specific outcomes, funding results, or organizational performance improvements.
3. Payment & Refund Policy
Payment is required in advance unless otherwise stated in writing.
If a money-back or risk-free guarantee is offered for a specific service, the terms of that guarantee will be clearly outlined at the time of purchase and supersede this section.
Refunds are not provided for completed services unless explicitly stated in a written guarantee.
4. Intellectual Property
All materials, frameworks, worksheets, videos, and content provided by Data Systems Simplified are the intellectual property of the Company unless otherwise noted.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or resell any materials without prior written permission.
