Welcome to Data Systems Simplified, LLC. By accessing or using our website, services, coaching programs, or digital content, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Services Provided

Data Systems Simplified provides data coaching, educational resources, and related materials designed to help organizations better understand and use their data. Services may include one-on-one coaching, digital content, and strategic guidance.

All services are educational and advisory in nature and do not constitute legal, financial, or accounting advice.

2. Client Responsibility

You acknowledge that:

  • You are responsible for decisions made based on coaching or consulting insights.

  • Outcomes depend on your organization’s implementation, capacity, and internal decision-making.

  • You retain full responsibility for how recommendations are applied.

We do not guarantee specific outcomes, funding results, or organizational performance improvements.

3. Payment & Refund Policy

Payment is required in advance unless otherwise stated in writing.

If a money-back or risk-free guarantee is offered for a specific service, the terms of that guarantee will be clearly outlined at the time of purchase and supersede this section.

Refunds are not provided for completed services unless explicitly stated in a written guarantee.

Invoice Payments: To pay via invoice, we will review your application for eligibility. If approved, you will receive an email with the next steps.

4. Intellectual Property

All materials, frameworks, worksheets, videos, and content provided by Data Systems Simplified are the intellectual property of the Company unless otherwise noted.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or resell any materials without prior written permission.

5. Confidentiality

We respect client confidentiality. Information shared during coaching sessions will not be disclosed to third parties, except as required by law.

Clients are responsible for safeguarding any proprietary or sensitive organizational data shared during sessions.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Data Systems Simplified shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services, website, or materials.

Use of our services is at your own risk.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services at our discretion if engagement becomes inappropriate, unethical, or misaligned with our scope of work. In such cases, unused prepaid services may be refunded at our discretion.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Other Viable Information

  • Coaching sessions are for one designated individual. That lead may consult internally as needed.

  • The staff lead is responsible for scheduling sessions using the link provided after purchase.

  • Results vary based on client engagement. No specific outcomes are guaranteed.

  • Coach does not provide health, legal, financial, or tax advice.

  • A minimum of 12 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule. Late changes incur a $100 fee.

  • All sessions must be used within 6 months of purchase. Unused sessions are forfeited without refund.

  • Invoices are due within 30 days of receipt.

  • All program materials remain the property of Urraca Consulting, LLC, and are for internal use only. Resale or external distribution is prohibited.
